Services & Fees

I work with individual adults in Maine via teletherapy. I am an out-of-network provider and do not participate directly with insurance plans. I am glad to provide superbills upon request that you may submit to your insurance company for possible partial reimbursement, depending on your plan. Many clients find that they are able to be reimbursed between 50-80% of the session fee.

• Initial 15-minute phone consultation - no charge

• Individual therapy session (50 minutes) - $225
